Exterior painting starts at $2.25 per sq ft of wall area and includes walls and all trims as our standard scope — because a half-finished exterior isn't a finish at all. Need more? We can extend the scope to include soffits, garage doors, front doors, gutters, downspouts, pavers, and more — each addition is priced transparently, explained clearly, and never inflated with crazy overhead. You'll know every line item before we touch a brush. We walk every property in person before quoting so nothing gets missed.

Most interior paint jobs take 1–3 days depending on the number of rooms. Full exterior painting typically takes 2–5 days. Cabinet refinishing (with shop finishing) usually takes 3–5 days from teardown to reinstall. We give you a firm timeline in writing before we start.
