No signatures required under $15,000, and you never pay for work that isn't done. Here's the standard schedule.

Materials ordered and the crew scheduled.

At the halfway point
Paid against work actually completed, walked with you.

At completion
After the final walkthrough, when you're happy.
Paying cash, check, or Zelle?
Take 3.9% off the total. It saves us card and processing fees, and we pass that straight back to you.
Larger projects
For bigger scopes we can arrange a payment schedule that fits the project — ask Iker during your walkthrough and we'll build it into your written proposal.
